Ingredients
  • 100g apricot jam
  • 2tsp of liqueur - Grand Marnier, Cointreau, Liqueur Port; anything you like
Instructions
  1. Whisk jam with boiling water until smooth and remove any lumps.
  2. Mix in liqueur...if desired.
